Hi 1994513kong,
Do you mean the repulsion which comes from a translational shift of the ordered lattices of two interacting gamma' particles?
For doing so, you can define an accordingly high interface energy for the gamma' - gamma' interaction.

It's the repulsion which comes from a translational shift of the ordered lattices of two interacting interacting gamma' particles.
I try to change the interface energy for many time,but the result was not so ideal. Can you introduce more details of some texts.

Figure 1 is my result.I do want the result of Figure 2 ranther than figure 3. Are they all controlled by the γ′/γ′ interface energy?

Yes, it strongly depends on the gamma/gamma'-Interface. But there is also a contribution from the elastic data and the misfit. Did you use stress coupling?
