My grain interface thickness looks pretty thick. This affects the observation of results. I want to know what factors affect the interface thickness. What should I do to make the interface thickness appropriate?

Dear Roscoe,
What you experience is a broadening (spreading) of the interface due to numerical problems. There can be many reasons for interfaces to get unstable. The most typical are:
- too low grid resolution
- too high interface mobility (if no mobility correction is used)
- missing diffusion
- thermodynamic problems
If the problem cannot be found or healed, possible counter measures are
- stabilisation of the interface (optional parameter in line with interface energy)
- averaging of driving force (avg 1.0) in driving force options.
More information is needed to narrow down the possible causes.

Dear Roscoe,
Possibly, the problem is due to multi-binary demixing, as indicated by the error messages. In that case, the solution would be using diagonal redistribution (keyword "diagonal" in section phase diagram input for version 6.4) which anyway is recommended for non-dilute alloys.
However, it could also be an indirect consequence of any other problem...
