Sorry, i am lost in your explanation on effective phase. Anyhow, It cannot be used as an initial phase, right?

By the way, is there no "logarithmic display" option in DP_MICRESS 7.0.0_beta?

Hi Ben,

do you think of a logarithmic color scale?
It is not implemented, yet. We will discuss whether that might be useful or not.

It is possible to export virtual EDX scans as a table (comma separated file), see file menu of the plot window. On these files you can use other tools (e.g. GNUplot) to configure your plot as you want.

Hi Ben,

you are right, the effective phase model cannot be used for defining initial structures. You would need some "initialisation simulation" to get the corresponding start conditions...

Hi Ralph,

Yes, Sometimes I use log to show conc gradient. And export animation or *.gif :roll: ?
