Example Reset

Post by SteelOx » Wed May 19, 2021 10:43 am

Hi

Does anybody have the original examples for T010, T012 Alpha Gamma. I’ve played around with it too much and need to original back. I’ve tried getting to from the website but it doesn’t work when I try and run the example. But i get an error "Please specify a simulation name in the driving file".

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Regards

SteelOx

Dear SteelOx,

Probably the version of the examples you took from our website do not conform with your current version of MICRESS. Which is the version you currently use? You can see that in the header of the .log -file output.

Examples from the MICRESS website are always related to the newest release which is 7.0. The syntax changed and MICpad 6.4 cannot parse it. That's the reason for your error message. Of course, you can always run it with MICRESS directly and will see what is wrong with the input.

Download 6.4 examples here:

Ralph
