the next MICRESS beginners training is scheduled for September 4-6 this year here in Aachen/Germany (see attachment).

In future, we could also offer an advanced training course once there is enough request. Please let us know in case you would be interested.

What would be covered normally in an advanced training course? Can you provide a tentative itinerary for this course (May be the schedule you had for an advanced training course in the past)?

Hi Deepu,

So far, we did not do any advanced training. Thus, there is still no schedule which has been prepared. What is clear is that it would contain exercises for simulation of complex technical alloys including advanced techniques for TQ coupling, and probably advanced modelling of anisotropy. Furthermore, coupling to stress and fluid flow should be part of an advanced training course, and also linking to other software like Homat, Dream3D etc.
Although there is a lot of interest for basic training, I am not sure whether there is enough people interested in an advanced course. As I interpret your question, you would be interested - true? Would you also be prepared to come to Aachen for such a course?
