Hello Bernd,
I'm getting the following error with Micress 6.402 after a recent change in the license server for ThermoCalc and Micress. The same simulation used to run fine before. Is this error due to TQ interface incompatibility? Thanks in advance.

You provide very minimalistic information.
I cannot believe that you only changed the license. Did you changed the GES5 file?
Where does this floating point exception occur?
