No. It's not a problem despite this nasty error messages at the end.
I guess you deleted the files because there are written in your current working folder and they disturb you.
These files will be created at each start of MICRESS.
The recommended way to get rid of them is to set another temporary directory with the TMP_DIR variable in your environment.

Linux only:
It is an environment variable 'TMP_DIR' or 'TMPDIR' (just test).
You can set it for testing in a current shell, e.g. 'export TMPDIR=/tmp' and run MICRESS in this shell.
If it works as expected, you can add this command to your login profile, e.g. .bashrc
